Every consumer wants to be connected and enjoy the benefits of competitive products and prices, but what’s the reality in Australia today and what can be done to improve the consumer experience?
Connecting Today’s Consumer will explore the big issues facing Australian telco consumers – When and how can we connect every Australian to our broadband and mobile networks? Are we being offered truly competitive content and products? How do we ensure consumers know their rights and can act on them?
The conference will give various consumer groups a chance to voice their concerns with decision makers while allowing the decision makers – government, telcos, regulators and content producers – to hear first-hand consumer experiences and discuss the realities they face.
Last year’s conference attracted some 300 attendees including international delegates, consumer groups, industry, government and regulators, as well as mainstream media.
